Beneath the Same Sky (Poem)

Beneath the Same Sky

Beneath the Same Sky

Beneath the Same Sky
Life flows gently for some — as if the world bends to their steps, as if the winds themselves make way. But for others, life stands firm like rock — unyielding, cold, growing harder the more they struggle, like a tree in dry soil, twisting but never thriving. They toil endlessly, but the sky shows no sign, no reward falls into their hands. And yet, some hearts, under the same sky, taste the sweet fruit of their labour. Their efforts bloom, their dreams take root, and destiny, it seems, smiles a little easier at them. Still, the stone-hearted path does not make a soul less worthy. For even in silence, strength is forged in those who walk without reward.
